(1) Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 16.06.2015 passed by the Family Court, Bilaspur in Misc. Criminal Case No. 242/2015, whereby the Family Court has granted interim maintenance of Rs. 15,000/- per month to the non-applicant. (2) Marriage between the applicant and the non-applicant is not disputed.

(3) Counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the applicant is working as Software Engineer in Sine Crown Company, Pune (Maharashtra) and earning Rs.52,000/- per month. He further submits that the applicant has a big responsibility of his family members and therefore, it would be difficult for him to pay Rs. 15,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the non-applicant/wife. He also submits that the non-applicant is also earning for her survival and therefore, there is no need to direct to pay any maintenance amount to her. (4) I have heard the counsel for the applicant and perused the documents filed along with revision.

(5) The finding has been recorded by the Family Court that monthly income of the applicant is about Rs.76,767/- per month. No inclusive document has been filed on behalf of the applicant showing the income of the non-applicant. Even, accepting the contention of the applicant that he is earning Rs.52,000/- per month, awarding Rs.15,000/- per month as interim maintenance amount to the nonapplicant/wife does not appear to be unreasonable. (6) The criminal revision deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed at admission stage. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Family Court is directed to dispose of the main proceeding expeditiously.
