This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 3.8.2016 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP (S) No.3131/2016 dismissing the writ petition.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that he remain posted at Bilaspur from 3.6.2016 and vide order dated 27.6.2016 passed within three weeks, he has been transferred from
Bilaspur to Jashpur.

The explanation of the State is that earlier the petitioner was posted at Raipur when he was under suspension and after revocation of his suspension he was posted at Bilaspur against the vacant post of Warden. However, the post of Warden is junior to the post of House Master which the petitioner is holding. There is no vacant post of House Master at Bilaspur and ultimately he has been transferred from Bilaspur to Jashpur.

Transfer is an incidence of service. In these circumstances, we find no error in the order of a learned Single Judge. 5.
