(2) By the impugned order dated 22.07.2016, the trial Court has granted interim maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act to respondent to the extent of Rs.20,000/- per month and Rs.5,000/- for litigation expenses against which, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner herein.

(3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, considering the fact & circumstances of the case and further taking into consideration the income of the present petitioner, I do not consider that the trial

Court has committed jurisdictional error by granting interim maintenance amount to the extent of Rs.20,000/- per month and Rs.5,000/- for litigation expenses.

(4) Consequently, the writ petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed at admission stage. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Sd/- (Sanjay K.
