This is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 446 of 2021 registered at Police Station Kharsiya, District- Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for commission of offenses punishable under Sections 186, 294, 506-B, 332, 353 and 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application and prays for a direction to the Court below to consider the application for grant of regular bail upon surrender of applicant on the same day.

Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to above submission of learned counsel for the applicant. 4.

In view of above, MCRCA-996 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
