By means of this appeal, the Appellant/Petitioner has challenged the order dated 10.08.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 3599 of 2016 whereby he rejected the writ petition.

The Petitioner in the writ petition had challenged her transfer on the ground that she has been transferred because Respondent No. 6 has made a request that she be transferred to Up-Swasthya Kendra Marauda. 3.
It is not disputed that the Petitioner is posted at the present station for more than 10 years. No employee has a vested right to stay at one station for such a long length of time. Even if the Petitioner has been transferred on some request being made by Respondent No. 6, this is no ground to stay her transfer specially when she has been transferred to a station which is merely 45 KMs away from her present place of posting. the present place. 4.
