This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.133/2015, registered at Police Station-Khamtarai, District-Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC.

After arguing the bail application at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
