Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 17/10/2016 Heard on admission.

1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that statutory appeal against the order of removal is pending consideration before the respondent No.3/Conservator of Forest, Raipur since 11.3.2014 and it has not been decided till date, as such the petitioner is suffering as she has no source of livelihood, therefore, the Appellate Authority be directed to decide the appeal as early as possible.

2. The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. The respondent No.3/Conservator of Forest, Raipur is directed to decide the appeal as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after noticing and giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties. The petitioner is at liberty to file additional documents, if any, before the Appellate Authority.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
