1. This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.40/2020, registered at Police Station Sahaspur/ Lohara, Kabirdham District- Kabirdham C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 420, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. The first bail application was dismissed on 13.8.2020 in MCRC No.2528 of 2020 by a detailed order on merits.

3. In the present second bail application, there is no change in the circumstances and hence I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.
