After arguing the matter for sometime, learned Counsel for the Appellant prayed that at least imposition of cost upon the Appellant/Petitioner be waived. 2.

Keeping in view that the writ petition was dismissed at the admission stage itself, we modify the order dated 12.07.2016 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 2812 of 2016 to the limited extent that the Appellant/Petitioner shall not be burdened with cost of Rs. 1000/-.
