1. The petition has been brought under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of bail in Crime No.117 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 354(A) of IPC.

2. According to the schedule of CrPC the offence under Section 354(A) of CrPC is bailable, therefore, the application under Section 438 of CrPC is not maintainable .

3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
