1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. challenging the FIR in connection with the Crime No. 15/2020, registered at Police Station Shyang District-Korba (Chhattisgarh) for allege commission of offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code and after submission of final report subsequently Criminal case No. 142/2020 has been registered before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kartala, District- Korba.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that six witnesses have already been examined and seven more witnesses are still to be examined by the prosecution.

3. Since the matter is pending from 2020 and the charges have already framed on 11.02.2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class,

Kartala, District- Korba, therefore, it is directed that learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kartala, District- Korba, should made an endavour to complete the trial within an outer limit of one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present CRMP is disposed of.
