Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the petition subsequent final orders have been passed by Respondent No. 2 which is without jurisdiction as such the petitioner has to file a better

constituted petition for the reason that during the pendency of the case certain subsequent developments have been taken place. In view of this, the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh.

Considering the submission made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition with the liberty to file a fresh, as fresh cause of action has arisen.
