Report of service of bailable warrant sent by Chowki Prabhari, Padmanabhpur Police Station, District Durg would reveal that the respondent Rohit Yadav has died in a road accident on 04.06.2019. 2.

There is nothing to disbelieve the service report, which is accompanied with the FIR, dead body inquest and postmortem report of deceased Rohit Yadav, therefore, in view of the death of the accused, the present appeal is dismissed as abated.
