At the outset, learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue raised in this petition regarding acquisition of land and non payment of compensation is squarely covered by the decision rendered in batch of writ petitions, the lead case being WPC No.1770/2016, decided on 07.09.2016.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in WPC No.1770/2016. 3.
A copy of the order passed in WPC No.1770/2016 be kept in the record of the present writ petition.
