The applicant has preferred this bail application as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.63/2013, registered at Police Station Sariya, District Raigarh (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

This is the second bail application before this Court under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. The first bail application was rejected by this Court on 08.07.2013.

The applicant has been arrested on accusation of having been found in illicit possession of 82 kgs of ganja.

Considering the quantity of contraband recovered from the applicant, this Court is not inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed, however, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
