Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 8 /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner stood retired from the service on 30.06.2017 but all the retiral dues has been paid to him on 26.12.2017 i.e. after about six months and, therefore, he is entitled for interest for the aforesaid period, for which he has made representation to respondent No.1 -CSIDC but the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, a directions may be issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayers appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the respondent No.1 - CSIDC and, in turn, the respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in light of the decision rendered by this Court in the matter of Shyam Dev v. State of Chhattisgarh and others1.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
