1. As against the petitioner's allegation that the petitioner has been subjected to social boycott in the village, respondents have come out with report of various authorities that it is not a case of social boycott, but a dispute with regard to construction on a piece of land which the petitioner claims to be of his own. The other group is obstructing to such construction on the ground that the petitioner is raising construction on the Govt. land.
2. The petitioner, if so advised, may approach to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Commission of the State, if not already approached.
-23. In case there is any complaint made by the petitioner before the Commission, it would be open for the Commission to hold enquiry and make appropriate recommendation to the Government. Except this, no other order can be passed in this petition.
