1. The aforesaid MCrCs are being disposed of by this common order as

MCRC No. 6564 of 2021 & MCRC No. 6588 of 2021 they arise out of Crime No.181/2020 registered in Police Station Bagbahra, District Mahasamund for offence under Sections 20 (B) of the NDPS Act.

2. These are the 2nd bail applications on behalf of the applicants.

3. 4 accused persons were found in joint illicit possession of 42 kg of contraband Ganja.

4. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that co-accused Akshay Kumar has been enlarged on bail in MCrC No.5888/2021.

5. Considering the release of co-accused person on bail and for the fact that the applicants are in jail since 13.9.2020 i.e. for more than a year, I am inclined to release them on bail.

6. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one local surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
