1. Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks to withdraw this application on the statement that other co-accused has been granted regular bail and the present Applicant is willing to surrender before the concerned Trial Court. He submits that in these circumstances, the Court below may be directed to consider his application on the same day.

2. In view of the above submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. It is directed that in case, the present Applicant surrenders himself before the concerned Trial Court and regular bail application is moved, the same shall be considered by the Court below as early as possible, preferably, within three days.
