Agrawal Order On Board 11/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) has issued notice dated 5.2.2018 for re-deposit the amount of compensation whereas the matter is pending before the jurisdictional civil court. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the Collector for redressal of his grievances and, in turn, the Collector shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties. The Sub Divisional Officer (R) will proceed further after the decision taken by the Collector. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K.
