1. The matter was listed on I.A. No. 1/2019, for withdrawal of the petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case the respondent has already issued necessary direction thereby revoking the suspension of explosive licence issued in the name of the petitioner firm and, therefore, in the changed circumstances, the petitioner does not want to prosecute this contempt petition against respondent and prays for withdrawal of the same.

3. In view of above, there seems nothing to be adjudicated in the instant petition, and as such, the contempt proceeding initiated against the respondent is hereby dropped.
