(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 290/2008 registered at Police Station Jashpur, Distt. Jashpur for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act. (2) Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case and the manner in which applicant & other co-accused persons are alleged to have committed dacoity and looted

property on 9.11.2008 and further considering the criminal antecedents of the applicant; I am not inclined to release the applicant of bail. Therefore, the bail application is rejected. Certified copy as per rules.
