This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 116/2014, registered at Police Station Kondagaon, District Kondagaon (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 483, 34 of I.P.C.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that applicant is alleged to have stolen motorcycle and using it by changing its number plate and further considering the criminal antecedent of the applicant, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected. However, the trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the trial and decide the case as early as possible.
