Direction has been sought on behalf of the Petitioner to allow her participation in the counselling in the MBBS course. She is claiming benefit of reservation and she has been granted a temporary caste certificate by the competent authority. 2.

If the Respondents authorities are willing to allow participation on the basis of temporary caste certificate, this Court will have no objection but the requirement to produce the permanent caste certificate cannot be waived. 3.
