These are the applications filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.92/2020, registered at Police Station Chalgali, District BalrampurRamanujganj, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 21 (C) of the NDPS Act.

2. Learned State counsel informs that the applicants have previous antecedents.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants seek permission of the Court to withdraw the bail applications with liberty to revive the same after filing of the charge sheet.

5. Accordingly, these bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
