Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking transfer of the case from Durg to Pendra as the wife is resident of District Sahdol, which is 400 Km away. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that some talks are going on in between the parties for compromise and in case the case is transferred to Bilaspur Family Court either party would have no objection.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded to the submission that if the case is transferred to Bilaspur then it would be convenient to both the parties to have a dialogue. 4.

In view of the submission made, it is directed that the case filed by the husband bearing No.596/2016 in between Ram Ashish

Upadhyay v. Anita Upadhyay pending before the Family Court Durg be transferred to the Family Court Bilaspur. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The parties shall appear before the Family Court Bilaspur on 10th October, 2018. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Ashok
