It appears, a complaint under Section 18 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 is pending consideration before the State Information Commission.

Shri Tekchandani, learned Standing counsel for the State Information Commission, would submit that the Commission shall be informed about the necessity of disposing the pending complaint of the petitioner, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months. 3.

Shri Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petition may be disposed of in view of the statement made by Shri Tekchandani.
