1. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier first bail application was rejected by this Court on 26/03/2019 in MCRC No. 1327/2019 considering prima facie case against him.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that she wants to withdraw this bail application. She further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

3. Instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible.
