2. By way of this Cr.M.P., the applicant is seeking restoration of Cr.M.P. No. 835 of 2019.

3. For non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 04/04/2019 passed by this Court, applicant's application was dismissed by the office vide Office note dated 07/05/2019.
