Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 13/12/2016 Heard on IA No.01, application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and delay in filing the MCC is condoned.

This MCC has been filed for restoration of WP No.3830/2000 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 22.7.2016 of this Court.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the MCC and no objection by the other side, the application is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
