Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land acquisition proceedings for the acquisition of land of the petitioner / Jay Mishra / Vijay Mishra is pending consideration since 25.08.2015 and has not been decided till date, therefore, the authorities be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the Land Acquisition Officer is directed to proceed with the aforesaid pending land acquisition proceedings and decide the

same expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
