(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.29/2015 registered at Police Station Lormi (As per charge-sheet), District Mungeli (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 34(1)(A), 34(2), 59(A) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by

order of this Court dated 04.05.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1801/2015. (4) After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain the second bail application, therefore, the second bail application is rejected.
