The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.56/2018 registered at Police Station Chakradhar Nagar, District Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 354 & 452 of IPC and Sections 8 & 12 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offence, Act.
