1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.213/2019 registered in Police Station Mujgahan, Raipur, District Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 457, 380 of the I.P.C.

2. On going through the bail application, it is manifest that the same is not duly constituted as the certified copy of the rejection order has not been filed.
