1. This is second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC. Earlier first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 07/02/2019 in MCRC No. 540/2019.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that time would be framed for completion of the trial.

3. As prayed, instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, trial Court is directed to dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
