1. The grievance of the petitioner seems to be non granting of employment to the petitioner in lieu of land acquired by the respondents-SECL.

2. There seems to be some dispute in respect of the petitioner having moved appropriate application or not. There also seems to be some dispute in respect of whether the petitioner falls within the ambit of legal dependent of the landoustee enabling him to seek employment.

3. Considering the fact that the claim of the petitioner till date has not been either rejected or decided by the respondents, the writ petition at this juncture can be disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondents No.3 to 5 by providing all relevant materials available with him in respect of the acquisition and also in respect of his claim for employment against the land acquired. The petitioner shall also support

-2his claim with proper instructions in respect of all earlier applications that he has filed in this regard.

4. Subject to petitioner's moving appropriate application within a period of 30 days, the respondents No.3 to 5 are further directed to process the claim of the petitioner seeking employment in accordance with rules, regulations and the policy governing the field at the earliest within a further period of 90 days from the date the petitioner moves application.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge inder
