Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 05/08/2015
1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 CrPC as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.57/2012, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Raipur for offences under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.
2. This is the 5th bail application under Section 439 CrPC. After dismissal of the applicant's bail application on merits, the applicant has preferred
SLP(Cr) No.9518/2012, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 14.12.2012, SLP(Cr) No.2844/2013, which was dismissed on 29.4.2013 and SLP(Cr) No.4418/2014, which was dismissed on 2.6.2014.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in a connected crime, co-accused Prasanna Ghatge has been released on bail by the Supreme Court in SLP(Cr) No.1503/2014, therefore, the present applicant also deserves to be released on bail because he is also in jail since last more than 2 years.
