2. Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is covered by the order passed by this Court in WPC No.800/2016. They would pray that the writ petition may be allowed in the same terms.

3. In view of the above joint statement made, the present petition is allowed in

the same terms.

4. Resultantly, the writ petition is allowed with a direction that upon due verification of the Green Card, the petitioners be also granted the same benefit as has been awarded by this Court in WPC No.7162/2011, WPC No.1262/2012 as also in WPC No.800/2016, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
