1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondents to consider his case for promotion in accordance with the provisions of Chhattisgarh Teacher (Panchayat) Cadre (Bharti Tatha Seva Ke Sharte) Niyam, 2012.

3. Petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher and posted at Government Primary School, Atarmara, Block Chhura, District Gariyaband (C.G.).

4. Counsel for the petitioner urged that the writ petition may be disposed of by giving the direction to the respondent No.2 to decide his representation Annexure P/3 which has been received on 05/09/2017 within stipulated time.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the respondent No. 2 shall decide the aforesaid representation Annexure-

P/3, within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order according to the law and procedure. This Court does not make any comments on merits of the case.
