After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. and also prays for issuance of direction for expediting the trial against this applicant. 2.
It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

The applicant is in jail since about more than one year, therefore, the trial Court is directed to take up the case and expedite the trial and the statement of the prosecutrix may be recorded preferably within a period of one month from the date this order is communicated.
