This is first application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant. 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 299/2019 registered at Police Chowki Anjora, Police StationPulgaon, District Durg (C.G.), for offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

Case of the prosecution, in brief is that applicant got sanctioned the loans to complainant Sonsingh Thakur and other persons from Canara Bank, Branch Rasmada, Durg saying that they will get rebate in loans. He took the half portion of the loans from complainants saying that amount would be paid to the Bank officers. 4.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has innocent and falsely implicated in the present case, therefore, he may be granted anticipatory bail.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application.

Looking to above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that it is not a fit case where the applicant may be released on anticipatory bail. Consequently, anticipatory bail application of applicant is rejected.
