The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.189/2015, registered at Police Station Pamgarh, Distt. Janjgir-Champa, for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 376 of the IPC, 6 of the Protection of Children form Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and 3 (1) (xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application.
