This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.98/2020, registered at Police Station Gharghoda, District : Raigarh C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 506, 323, 342, 395 of the I.P.C.

2. The first bail application was dismissed on 27.08.2020 in

MCRC No. 6474 of 2020 MCRC No.3499 of 2020 by a detailed order on merits.

3. In the present second bail application there is no change in the circumstances and hence I am not inclined grant bail to the applicant.
