Learned Counsel for the Petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner only insists of the disposal of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.1.2004 (Annexure P-2) and representation dated 15.1.2015 (Annexure P-6) that he has made to the higher authorities of the department.

Accordingly and in view of above, let the respondents decide the representation dated 14.1.2004 (Annexure P-2) as well as representation dated 15.1.2015 (Annexure P-6) within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
