This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 237/2014, registered at Police Station Mungeli, Revenue District Mungeli Civil District Bilaspur, C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case; nature and gravity of offence and out of 24 prosecution witnesses, 12 prosecution witnesses have already been examined, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the second bail application by directing the trial Court to conclude the trial by examining all prosecution witnesses as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, second bail application stands disposed off.
