Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Conciliation Officer & Regional Labour Commissioner, Bilaspur has reported the failure of conciliation proceeding and referred the matter to the Central Government on 01.09.2017 but till date the Central Government has not taken any decision. 2.

Be that as it may, the Central Government is directed to consider and take decision on the failure report submitted by the Conciliation Officer & Regional Labour Commissioner, Bilaspur on 01.09.2017 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
