Agrawal Order On Board 28/11/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the State Medical Board has been constituted and is functional in the State of Chhattisgarh. He would further submit that if the petitioner appears before the State Medical Board at the Office of the Director, Medical Education Chattisgarh, Raipur on 05th December, 2016, he will be medically examined and thereafter, necessary certificate will be issued to him.

(2) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, in terms of statement made by learned counsel for the State/respondents.

(3) The presence of Shri Subrat Sahoo, Principal Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Raipur and Dr.G.S. Badesha, Director, Ayush are dispensed with.
