1. This is fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.420/2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) for the

offence punishable under Section 21(C) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this fourth bail application.

Accordingly, fourth bail application is rejected. Since three witnesses are examined as submitted by learned counsel for the applicant further one month time is granted to the concerned trial Court to conclude the trial.
