1. In a suit filed by respondent No.1 herein / plaintiff, the application for temporary injunction was granted by the trial Court which was affirmed by the miscellaneous appeal Court against which this writ petition has been preferred.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner herein / defendant No.1 would submit that the order impugned is unsustainable and bad in law.

3. This writ petition was entertained by this Court on 17-3-2015 and interim order directing the parties to maintain status quo was passed which is still operative. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as the suit is of the year 2007 and till then, the interim order passed by this Court on 17-3-2015 shall remain operative. No order as to cost(s).

4. A copy of this order be sent to the trial Court by fax and e-mail, forthwith.
