1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner retired on 30.09.2019 and despite the existing circular of the State dated 26.04.2017 (Annexure P-4) and the authoritative judgment passed by this in the case of Shyam Dev Vs. State of C.G. and Ors. in WPS No. 5256 of 2016, wherein it has been directed that the retiral dues of the Government employee should be paid on the date of retirement itself, the petitioner has not been paid the retiral dues till date. Therefore, at this stage the petitioner claims liberty to make a representation to Respondents No. 3 & 4 to release the retiral dues and it may be decided within a reasonable time.

3. Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, it this stage the petitioner is given the liberty to make a representation before Respondents No. 3 & 4, who in consultation with each other shall decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation and release the dues which are payable to the petitioner forthwith.
